About the Event
How can men act as allies in creating fair and supportive workplaces? What practical steps can both individuals and companies take to make a difference?
This is the second session of our Male Allies program. The first session was held this spring at the UK Embassy in Bratislava – see photos here.
This discussion is aimed at men who want to learn how to actively support fair and supportive workplaces. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, reflect on challenges, and explore practical ways to act as allies in their own teams and organizations.
Research shows that workplaces where all employees feel respected and supported tend to be more innovative, productive, and profitable. This session will focus on the role men can play in fostering workplace fairness, respect, and opportunity — benefiting both colleagues and the business.
While the event is particularly designed for men, everyone interested in the topic is welcome to attend.
