About conference
The one-day multi-genre conference Slovak Women in Tech is the first conference celebrating IT women in Slovakia. Its aim is to inspire and empower Slovak women in technology, to provide a platform for them to showcase their work and to encourage and inspire them to pursue a career in IT.

The theme of the 2nd annual conference is courage and overcoming inner limitations and fears, expressed by the slogan
OPPORTUNITY GROWS WITH COURAGE.
Conference programme
The programme of the conference consists of the main and accompanying programme, which will take place in the unique premises of the newly opened Slovak National Gallery. It includes professional and motivational speeches by five speakers, a career stage, workshops and networking opportunities.

- Presentation of the latest results of the Women in IT 2023 survey, mapping the female workforce
potential in the IT sector - Expert panel discussion “Does opportunity grow with courage?“
